My chain maille pieces are, for the most part, made with aluminum jump rings.  You get the beauty of precious metal without the weight...or the cost!

The aluminum is available in:  gold, silver, copper, matte gold, antique copper, pink, lilac, red, blue, lime green, green and an iridescent black.  Pieces can be made of all one color or a combination of as many colors as desired.  A personal favorite is a blend of shiny copper and gold...very elegant.

I'm now working with rubber "O" rings incoporating them into my chain maille designs.  They give a splash of color and whimsy to any set.  "O" rings are available in red, grape, periwinkle, blue, turquoise, orange-red, tangerine, kiwi, light green, dark green, antique white, brick red and, of course, black, and can be combined with any of the aluminum colors.  A personal favorite here mirrors the colors of the southwest:  turquoise with copper or silver.  New colors will be added as I get them from my supplier.

For even more variety and pop, stone drops can be added to any set - because the aluminum is so light the additional weight of the stones is hardly felt.
